Sitka Ace Hardware, formerly known as Sitka True Value, is celebrating a 3-day grand opening this weekend.
America’s most celebrated “helpful place” is celebrating a grand opening May 5-7 at its Sitka, AK store. Sitka Ace Hardware, located at 815 Halibut Point Rd, brings the company’s unique blend of personal, knowledgeable and helpful service, paired with quality home maintenance expertise and products, to Sitka residents.
During the three-day event, customers can come in to enjoy the chance to win a variety of giveaways and take advantage of exclusive sales and offers. On Friday, customers can enter for the chance to win an EGO Power Plus Straight Shaft Battery String Trimmer, valued at $249.00; on Saturday, enter to win a Weber Spirit II E-210 Gas Grill, valued at $499.00; and on Sunday, enter to win a Craftsman 26.5" 5-Drawer Metal Ball-Bearing Tool Center, valued at $219.00.
Exclusive offers during the weekend celebration include $5 off any purchase of $25 or more of regular-priced merchandise on Friday; a free Ace 5Gallon Bucket given to the first 200 customers, plus 20% off everything that fits in the bucket, on Saturday; and 50% off any one regular-priced item under $30 on Sunday. Additionally, customers will receive $5 off on gallons of Clark+Kensington and Benjamin Moore paint throughout all three days. The special event this weekend is a Grilling Demo 11:00am - 2:00pm on Saturday, May 6.
Special events throughout the weekend include free coffee and doughnuts starting at 8:00am all three days, a Grilling Demo 11:00am - 1:00pm and a Ribbon Cutting at 12:00pm on Saturday, and Kids Activities 11:00am - 1:00pm on Sunday.
