Olson's Ace Hardware of Franklin Park is celebrating their 75th Anniversary this weekend.

America’s most celebrated “helpful place” is celebrating a grand opening April 28-30 at its Franklin Park, IL store. Olson's Ace Hardware, located at 10135 Grand Ave, brings the company’s unique blend of personal, knowledgeable and helpful service, paired with quality home maintenance expertise and products, to Franklin Park residents.
During the three-day event, customers can come in to enjoy exclusive sales and offers and take advantage of a variety of giveaways. The store will be giving away a Weber Kettle Grill on Friday, a Milwaukee Drill on Saturday, and a Craftsman Toolbox on Sunday. Customers can stop by the store to enter to win.
Exclusive sales throughout the weekend include $5 off any propane refill or exchange all weekend long; $10 off any purchase of $35 or more of regular-priced merchandise on Friday; the first 100 customers will receive a free Ace Reusable Tote, plus 20% off everything that fits in the tote on Saturday; and 50% off any one regular priced item under $30 on Sunday. Customers will also receive $10 off gallons of Benjamin Moore paint all weekend long.
Special events will be happening at the store throughout the weekend. On Friday, there will be a Weber Demo 11:00am - 2:00pm, a Benjamin Moore Product Demo 10:00am - 1:00pm, and a Milwaukee Demo 11:00am - 2:00pm. On Saturday, there will be $1 tacos from Taquizas Tacosteno 11:00am - 2:00pm, a Kid's Paint a Flower Pot Workshop 11:00am - 2:00pm, and Kid's Face Painting 12:00pm - 2:00pm. On Sunday, there will be Stan's Donuts and coffee given to the first 100 customers beginning at 9:00am and a Kid's Paint a Birdhouse Workshop 11:00am - 1:00pm.
