Elder’s Ace Hardware of Varnell in Dalton is celebrating a two-day grand-opening this weekend only.
America’s most celebrated “helpful place” is celebrating a grand opening April 14-15 at its Dalton, GA store. Elder’s Ace Hardware of Varnell, located at 4158 Highway 2, brings the company’s unique blend of personal, knowledgeable and helpful service, paired with quality home maintenance expertise and products, to Dalton residents.
“Join us April 14th & 15th from 8:00am-7:00pm at our Varnell store for it's Grand Opening! There will be giveaways, demos and discount prices that you don't want to miss! On Friday morning from 8:00am-10:00am, we will have biscuits and coffee. Saturday, 10:00am-2:00pm there will be grill demos for Traeger and you will have a chance to meet your Local Firefighters with Whitfield County Fire Department!” Elder’s Ace Hardware said in a Facebook post on April 8.
During the two-day event, customers can come in to enjoy the chance to win a variety of giveaways and take advantage of exclusive sales and offers. On Friday, the store will be giving away a Stihl BG 56 Handheld Blower, valued at $119.99, as well as an Ace Paint a Room Makeover Kit, valued at $125.00. On Saturday, customers can enter to win a Milwaukee Drill and Driver kit, valued at $399.99, as well as a Rossi RS22 Long Rifle, valued at $139.99.
Exclusive offers during the weekend include 50% off any one regular-priced item under $30 all day on Friday, a free Elder’s 5-Gallon Bucket given to the first 200 customers plus 20% off everything that fits into the bucket on Saturday, and a free Bonnie Vegetable Plant given to the first 200 kids under 12 years old on Saturday. Customers will also receive $5 off gallons of Benjamin Moore paint all weekend long.
The store will be having special events each day in celebration of the grand opening. On Friday, there will be free biscuits and coffee 8:00am - 10:00am and a Whitfield County Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting 2:00pm - 3:00pm. On Saturday, there will be a Traeger grilling demos 10:00am - 2:00pm and a Meet Your Local Firefighters with the Whitfield County Fire Department 10:00am - 12:00pm.
